Platform terms for ACHC Copilot and ACHC Copilot AI

These terms govern use of the Achchealth portal, mobile app experiences, and AI-powered clinical workflow tools.

Overview

Use of the platform is limited to authorized organizations, staff, Community Health Workers, and invited end users acting within approved care workflows. The software supports care delivery; it does not replace clinician judgment or create a patient-provider relationship by itself.

Authorized use

Only approved accounts may access ACHC Copilot workspaces, patient messaging, workflow dashboards, or connected clinical tools.

Organizations remain responsible for configuring protocols, reviewing outputs, and supervising staff access.

AI-assisted workflows

ACHC Copilot AI generates recommendations, summaries, and workflow outputs for review. Final clinical decisions remain with licensed professionals and authorized care teams.

Service operations

We may update, improve, or secure the service over time. Material changes to availability, processing, or contractual obligations are communicated through customer channels.
